TOMS provides tourism operators with the best tools to keep passengers safe and secure. To achieve this, T.O.M.S. integrates state-of-the art identity authentication technology, with custom developed passenger management software.
T.O.M.S provides tourism operators with Palm Vein Identification or Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to identify passengers throughout their touristic experience. These technologies are integrated with the TOMS Passenger Arrival Identification System (T.P.A.I.S) that uses facial recognition technology to identify and track passengers as soon as they enter the arrival/departure terminal.
Accordingly, T.O.M.S offers tourism operators two different technologies to manage passengers and improve customer experience. Both allow our operators to offer passengers a more tailor-made experience that suits individual needs while keeping passengers safe. Palm Vein Identification and Near Field Communication (NFC) enable simple and safe two-way interactions between electronic devices, allowing customers to perform contactless transactions, access digital content, and connect electronic devices with a single touch.
